Veaceslav Luca

Veaceslav is the Grants Specialist at USAID/Moldova Effective Justice Project, implemented by Dexis Consulting Group from US. Prior to that he was the Regional Program Manager for Moldova and Ukraine at Swedish Development Partner (Individuell Människohjälp) where he managed the facilitation of strategic partnerships with designated national and regional partner organizations in line with IM’s requirements and strategic priorities in the region.
Previously, Mr. Luca served as Program Coordinator at Moldovan Christian Aid and at Child Rights Information Center. During his work career Veaceslav gained a vast experience in complexity management, environment and gender mainstreaming, conflict sensitivity, human rights, rights of persons with disabilities, emergency preparedness, child rights, monitoring and evaluation, human rights-based approach.
Mr. Luca has a Master Degree in Social Economy at Free International University of Moldova (ULIM) and got his Bachelor Degree in Social Work at State University of Moldova.
