Ecaterina Navroțcaia
Grants and Contracts Manager
Ecaterina has been serving as Grants and Contracts Manager at the East Europe Foundation since June 2023. She has extensive experience in the financial sector.
Before joining the EEF team, Ecaterina worked at the Independent Media House (IMH) as a Grant Manager, and previously held the position of Financial Director at Chișinău International Preschool CHIPS.
She also worked as a Chief Accountant in the private sector, providing full accounting and tax support for company operations.
Ecaterina has over 15 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management of projects. She holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Accounting and Audit (ASEM), as well as the international CAP certification (Certified International Professional Accountant).
