Zoia Cabacenco
Grants and Contracts Manager
Zoia serves as the Grants and Contracts Manager. She brings over seven years of experience in grants analysis and grants management being a key member of the East Europe Foundation team conducting grant-making on behalf of such donors as USAID and Sida. Her areas of expertise include: monitoring of grants, financial reporting and budget analysis, grants management training.
Previously Ms. Cabacenco worked as a senior manager in the private sector and as a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics of the Moldova State University.
She holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Ion Creanga State Pedagogical University. She also has a Master degree in Management and currently is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Economics of the Moldova State University.
