Carolina Bugaian

Chair of EEF Board of Directors

Carolina Bugaian is the General Director of Moldcell. She has extensive experience in telecommunications, financial management, finance and corporate governance, project management, audit and insurance in Moldova, Romania, Russia, Nepal and Eurasia. Bugaian is a licensed accountant, qualified internal auditor, project manager, holds a PhD in economics from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, Global Business MBA from Oxford-Brookes University and graduated from FinTech at Harvard University.

Carolina is an active member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Foreign Investors, a member of the Fiscal Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce, the European Business Association and ATIC, as well as the Council of the Faculty of International Economic Relations within the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova.
